Of course it’s correct. What may have seemed as if it were looming over your entire life, is quite small when comparing then and now. When you are told to focus on the now, it’s not to make you focus only upon what is bothering you right now, but the very millisecond you are existing in. These mathematically small moments are logically small also. Keep it moving and just like anything in your rear-view mirror, it always gets smaller with the passage of distance; which is equal to time.
