These Small Moments

*******Oh it feels soooo monumental…this burden of mine.  Fast forward to New Year’s Day 2014…how big is this so-called “looming” problem now?  Not quite as big as it was on April 24, 2013, correct?  Of course it’s correct.  What may have seemed as if it were looming over your entire life, is quite small when comparing then and now.  When you are told to focus on the now, it’s not to make you focus only upon what is bothering you right now, but the very millisecond you are existing in.  These mathematically small moments are logically small also.  Keep it moving and just like anything in your rear-view mirror, it always gets smaller with the passage of distance; which is equal to time.  Do you need to readjust the perception of your rear-view mirror’s formula?*******

*******I have learned from reading The Power of Now that the past is the past and all I need to do is focus on the present moment.  Eckhart Tolle made me realize that even 1 second ago is the past and I need to move on.  I have since stopped dwelling upon what has happened to me and now focus upon what is happening to me.  Try it.  You’ll have a lot more peace when you do.*******
